Standard and Gold cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Tourist cards are valid for 30 days. The expiration date is printed on your card and can also be checked through our online portal or mobile app.
If you lose your card, you should report it immediately through our customer service hotline or online portal. We can block the lost card and transfer the remaining balance to a new card (subject to verification and a replacement fee).
Yes, the Abu Dhabi Transport Card can be used across all public transport networks in the city, including buses, metro lines, and water taxis. It provides a unified payment solution for all your public transport needs.
